Close-up magic is an illusion performed right in front of the audiences only a few feet away. Usually performed for one to ten people at a time in casual situation. This kind of magic, unlike stage magic, requires much more skill. It is performed with items that can easily fit in the pockets like cards, coins, ropes and other objects and allows Ric the Magician to either work in a stationary location or walk around and entertain small groups of guests.
